Q: |
Why are you offering this guarantee? |
|
A: |
We want to take the risk away from you,
our client. Most of the contractors that we place we have
placed before, so we are confident of their competency.
Also, there is no professional pride in charging for a
contractor who does not meet the client’s expectations.

Q: |
How do you prevent a client from taking advantage of this
guarantee to get a contractor free for a week? |
|
A: |
We value our client’s business and believe
our clients value our services. We incur
substantial recruitment, screening,
marketing, and administrative expenses to
help locate ideal individuals for our
clients’ specific requirements. However, if
it is evident to us that a client is abusing
this guarantee for one week’s free labor, we
will no longer work with that client. As
well, it would be extremely unfair to our
contractor to start an assignment only to
find out the client intended to keep him/her
for one week. |
