Health and Dental Insurance
We offer both health and dental insurance through Aetna – one of the most respected insurers in the health care industry.
Engineering Resource Group will contribute 50% of the cost of your Aetna health insurance premiums for the HNOpt H.S.A plan, EMPLOYEE ONLY and the same dollar amount for our Choice POS plan.
We will also contribute the same dollar amount (that we contribute on the “employee only” premium) toward reducing the premium costs for Employee + Spouse, Employee + Children, and Employee + Family.
Premiums are paid through payroll deductions and are paid with pre-tax dollars which is much more cost effective than paying with post-tax dollars.

Note: You will be eligible for medical and dental coverage the first of the month following 90 days of service.

How are monthly premiums paid?
Premiums are deducted automatically from your weekly paycheck (and are paid with pre-tax dollars).
I never heard of a staffing firm contributing toward a contract employee's health insurance premiums. Am I reading this correctly?
Yes, you are. While many of our contract employees receive health insurance benefits from their spouse, others do not. Some opt not to purchase medical insurance at all, setting themselves up for huge risks if health issues should arise. Engineering Resource Group is committed to your being insured and is willing to help you offset skyrocketing health insurance costs by contributing to your premiums.
