Resource Group will contribute
25% of the cost of the
Aetna health insurance premiums for
EMPLOYEE ONLY.
We will also contribute the
same dollar amount (that we contribute on the “employee only” premium)
toward reducing the premium costs for Employee + Spouse, Employee +
Children and Employee + Family.

We offer both health and dental
insurance through two of the most respected insurers in the industry
– Aetna and Guardian.
While the costs are paid for by the employee through payroll
deduction, they are paid with pre-tax dollars which is much more cost effective
than paying with post-tax dollars.

you are. While many of our contract employees receive health insurance
benefits from their spouse, others do not. Some opt not to purchase
